Space for passion and passion for Space

If three keywords are needed to describe this event it would be Space, Passion, and Motivation. Because it was all about that. With exceptional growth in the Space Industry in Belgium, there is enough Space to fulfill all the Passion and Motivation of these future Space-worker that will bring even more excellence and progress to this industry. Seeing the stars shining in the eyes of young people when you talk about how amazing it is to work in Space and at Telespazio Belgium was incredible for us.

A common objective: recruitment

Telespazio Belgium was represented by Federico Rossi (CEO), Nicola De Quattro (Head of Innovation and & Technology Governance), Amélie Revers (Chief People and Legal Officer), Claire-Sophie Guédon (International Recruiter), and Alexandre de Geradon (Communication Officer). 

Federico and Nicola were participating in different panels to introduce the company of course, but also to discuss with the other companies present that day, topics that are driving everyone's objective: make Belgium a key country in Space. And this common objective was translated into the need for recruitment that every Space-Company faces. The atmosphere was more collaborative than competitive during the event, showing to this emerging workforce that Space is a safe and healthy place to grow. 

During the plenary session, more technical topics were presented to show the potentiality of future projects around Moon and Mars. Great things are coming for sure !

Positivity was at its best during Switch to Space 3 and we can't thank enough Mrs. Dominique Tilmans and YouSpace to organize such amazing opportunities for the Belgian Space sector.
