Remote Site Integrated Logistic Support

GSOp stand for Galileo Service Operator. This means that member of our team involved in this project go on the different Galileo sites across the world to perform the following activities :

- Interface between remote sites and SpaceOpal

- Support (technical and administrative) to remote sites

- Flow down of the necessary documentation for maintenance activities to the Hosting Entities (responsible for the sites)

- Follow-up of preventive and corrective maintenance activities via the SDT ticket system

- Update of the CMAT tool (database containing the configuration of the various sites and equipment changes)

- Follow-up of monthly reports provided by the sites

- Audit of remote sites (in person or not, depending on possible constraints)

- Monitoring of site maintenance

- Monitoring of the security aspects of the sites (physical and documentation)
